President - Principal Engineer

Marty is a licensed electrical engineer with over 25 years of experience in the power industry. He has a B.S. in electrical engineering from Oregon State University and an M.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Washington. His experience includes power system design, testing, commissioning, and operation for utility, industrial, and power generation systems.

Jiajia Song, P.E., PhD

Senior Electrical Engineer

Jiajia is a licensed professional engineer with a PhD in electrical engineering from Oregon State University. His experience includes the design of utility and industrial electrical power systems and he has particular expertise in power systems analysis including short circuit, coordination, arc flash, transient analysis, harmonic analysis, and NERC compliance studies.

Brandon Brower, P.E.

Senior Electrical Engineer

Brandon is a licensed electrical engineer with over 10 years of experience in the power industry. He has a B.S. in electrical engineering from Oregon State University and is NICET certified in electrical power testing. He has extensive experience in industrial power and controls systems at hydroelectric power generation facilities. His experience includes design, project management, supplier coordination, construction scheduling, on-site technical support, and commissioning.

Jerry Witkowski, P.E.

Engineering Fellow

Jerry has been providing electrical utility and industrial design and study services for many years. He provides project management and lead engineering in transmission, substation, and overhead and underground distribution design, specification and contract document preparation, contract award, cost estimating, construction scheduling, and construction management services. He also performs planning studies and specialized studies for utility and industrial clients.

Justin Trenta, EIT

Electrical Engineer

Justin graduated from The Virginia Military Institute with a BS in electrical engineering and entered the Naval Nuclear Propulsion program as a submarine officer. After his 7 years in the service, he went on to work for 10 years in industry as a power plant general manager, industrial maintenance manager, industrial project manager, and as a microprocessor chip manufacturing engineer.

Nanda Kasry, EIT

Electrical Engineer

Nanda earned a B.S in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University in College Station. Nanda spent three years as a student technician with TAMU’s Utilities and Energy Services, which provides utility services for the College Station and Rellis campuses. In this capacity he worked with maintenance at a 50 MW CHP Plant, 138kV -12.47kV substations, as well as SPCC and hazardous first response with EHS.

Albert is an electrical drafter with over a year of experience and over 800 residential solar projects completed across Southern California. His experience includes project management, electrical design, contract document preparations, and effective collaboration with project engineers.

Gracie Guardino

Office Manager

Gracie is the office manager with a B.A. in business and Spanish from Portland State University in Portland, Oregon. She has over three years of experience in administration, supporting accounting departments, electrical estimators, and electrical engineers.
